HELLO AND WELCOME.

Hello! I'm Monique and welcome to my little corner of the internet.

I'm a 20-something living in sunny South-Africa with my hubby, J.J, and our fur babies. I started this blog as a way to document my projects and to get more involved with the online sewing and DIY community.

I learned how to sew through reading my favorite blogs and watching You Tube tutorials. So I'm not a professional but it shows that anybody can do it! My sewing inspiration comes from my favorite bloggers, Sew Caroline and See Kate Sew. I love their tutorials, so easy to follow!

I want this blog to be a great outlet to be inspired, to share inspiration, and to embrace my passion.

I'm looking forward hearing from you, so if you have a great sewing tutorial or blog, you want me to check out, please leave me a comment or shoot me a message over at my Instagram!

Let's create a more colorful world together!....
